We are fired up for fresh ingredients.

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable.


Our Story 

   A dear friend recommended I talk with the first wood-fired pizza team in Alabama. I thought, why not, who doesn't like pizza?  So we went to their restaurant and had lunch. That's where I met Tina and Stan, the awesome owners of Earth & Stone Wood Fired Pizza. They listened as I told them what I wanted to do and we talked. They took me under their wings and showed me all of the different sides of the mobile pizza business - festivals, weddings, food truck rallies and more.  They have taught me many things and are always only a phone call away when I have a question. I still have lots to learn but I'm in it for the long haul and having a blast!

   I was raised that if you are going to do something, do it right and always give it your best.  That life lesson, as well as many others are evident in Brix & Embers.  We make the dough and sauces and shop as local as possible for fresh veggies.  Every pizza is made to order and served piping hot.  I love these pizzas because they are bursting with flavor.  You can taste the ingredients, and the freshness of the vegetables.  We now make Italian Pepper Oil and Hot Honey to drizzle on your pizza. 

  We have now opened at our commissary (commercial kitchen) and invite you to come out to our outdoor venue.  For our schedule, go to our Facebook page.  When we are not cooking off site, we will open on the weekends at the commissary.

  My hope is that you will enjoy Brix and Embers pizzas as much as we enjoy serving you!
