Serving you for the last 8 1/2 years has been a true privilege, and I’m thankful for the trust you placed in us.  

It is with mixed emotions that I share some important news: our business is closing. This was not an easy decision, and comes after much thought and consideration.  

It’s important to me to make sure you know just how important your business and friendship have meant.
